There are two Business Intelligence Excellence Awards for 2010-11:

Business Intelligence Excellence - Industry - sponsored by Synergy Healthcare Research Ltd.
Business Intelligence Excellence - Agency - sponsored by Pfizer Ltd.

Winners are selected in a two-stage process - see below for more information:

Nominations - Nominations are open from 1st September 2010 and will close on 31st January 2011. See details of the nomination process below.

Voting - Voting for the nominated candidates will open on 1st March 2011 and close on 31st March. Voting is open to all those in BHBIA member organisations.

NOMINATION PROCESS

NOMINATIONS FOR 2010-11 CLOSE ON ON 31ST JANUARY 2011.

Which individual has impressed you most during 2010? This could be someone who has performed beyond expectations on a recent project, someone who has had to overcome a particular set of challenges, or simply someone who has consistently delivered excellence over a career spanning many years in business intelligence. They must be currently working in a healthcare business intelligence* role (industry or agency as appropriate).

*Here the term 'business intelligence' encompasses market research, sales analytics, business information and related disciplines.

Anyone who has been impressed with a business intelligence professional during 2010 may nominate them for a BOBI Award.

Their JOB TITLE (if known)

The COMPANY they work for

The CATEGORY for which you wish to nominate them

A brief statement of your reasons (maximum 75 words), to include:

- WHAT does this person do that has impressed you so much?

- HOW do they do it so well?

- What is the positive IMPACT that this has?

Your identity will be kept strictly confidential, and not disclosed to the person you have nominated.
