2008-9 Call for Sponsorship

BHBIA member companies are invited to express their interest in BOBI Awards sponsorship for 2008-9 (BOBI Awards Ceremony to be held in April/May 2009 at the BHBIA Annual Conference).

Sponsorship is of course open to all full membership categories within the BHBIA (Industry Division, Agencies & Consultancies, Affiliate Members and Personal Members).

Companies who have sponsored the same award for the last two years have been asked to stand down to give new sponsors a chance to be involved, and sponsorship opportunities will be allocated as follows:

• Until we reach our target of 50/50 industry/agency sponsorship, any pharmaceutical company applications will be favoured, including those from current sponsors.
• New agency sponsors will be given priority for sponsorship of the remaining awards.
• If any gaps remain after the above groups have been prioritised, applications from previous agency sponsors will be considered.

If the number of applications exceeds the number of available places, names will be drawn at random until the places are filled.

Should you miss out on the chance to sponsor an award, please be aware that there are many other opportunities to get involved - for example you may wish to put forward a senior team member for the judging panel, and we hope that all BHBIA member companies will encourage their teams to place entries this year.
