11.45 Moderator's introduction and the BHBIA Guidelines
12.15 Allocation of teams, shadows and preparation for the moderating task, including tips from conveners

13.00 Live moderating task: Team 1 - participants take turns to moderate trio of real GPs for 15 minutes each. Each moderator will focus on a particular issue within a topical NHS theme.
Team 2 to observe and prepare to debrief individuals in Team 1
14.30 Debriefing of Team 1 - individual feedback provided by conveners and shadows
15.00 Live moderating task: Team 2 - participants take turns to moderate trio of real GPs for 15 minutes each. Each moderator will focus on a particular issue within a topical NHS theme.
