Cancellation Policy for Bookings made after 1st February 2010
Cancellations of bookings made after this date can only be accepted in writing to the BHBIA, 105 St Peter’s Street, St Albans, Herts. AL1 3EJ. Full refunds can only be given against a booking if written cancellation is received four weeks prior to the event. However, a substitute delegate can be accepted.
