Note: Adding delegates to the BHBIA database enables them to receive information about future BHBIA initiatives and events, and access to meeting materials that are exclusive to delegates. Note: All contact details will be kept confidential, for BHBIA use only.

Cancellation Policy for Bookings made after 3rd February 2012
Cancellations of bookings made after this date can only be accepted in writing to the BHBIA, 105 St Peter’s Street, St Albans, Herts. AL1 3EJ. Full refunds can only be given against a booking if written cancellation is received four weeks prior to the event. However, a substitute delegate can be accepted.
* A substitute delegate can be accepted but ONLY on a like for like basis, i.e: the whole booking is transferred to another delegate. Bookings cannot be split - additional delegates will be charged for the extra place.
