'Staying Connected'
Evening Forums

For 2012, we are proposing a series of "Staying Connected" discussion forums for the BHBIA membership. As mentioned in the title, the goal is to create some informal gatherings outside the traditional BHBIA events like conference and training courses to discuss relevant "hot topics" that are adjacent to the business intelligence industry, where everyone can contribute equally to the discussion.

The intention is to change the topics and the venue location each time to engage the membership from across the country and keep the discussion fresh.

  • The sessions will run from 5pm – 8pm with light refreshments provided.
  • Venues will vary (not just Central London) and we are keen to hear from any members who may be interested in hosting one of these events at their premises.

  • There will be no charge for attendance but numbers will be strictly limited to foster a more informal discussion.

With the format being proposed, there is expected to be a higher level of interaction and potential networking between the members attending the event.
