BHBIA Legal and Ethical Guidelines for Healthcare Market Research (including Adverse Event Reporting)
Training Workshop Thursday 5th March AND Thursday 19th November 2009
We are currently looking into the possibility of holding the 5th March workshop at a venue in the north of England, to provide easier access for our members who are not based close to London. Details will be available soon.

As Pharmaceutical companies gear up their emphasis on compliance across all areas of marketing activity, adherence to the Legal and Ethical Framework for Healthcare Market Research (also known as the 'BHBIA Guidelines') has never been more important.
This one-day workshop has been completely revised and updated to reflect the content of the new 2008 Guidelines and other recent changes in the legal and ethical environment. The workshop will be highly interactive, giving you the in-depth understanding that comes from working through case-studies and discussing real-life issues with colleagues from across the industry.

The "Introduction to Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and Market Research" course in November includes an overview of the Guidelines, but this workshop will go into much more detail and is suitable for all levels

This workshop has been completely revised and goes into much more depth than the half day Guidelines/AER workshop that was run in November 2007, as well as incorporating ABPI Code changes that have come into place this year (Clause 20).
