This practical workshop is aimed at those who don't work in analytics but who need a broad understanding of the data sources and how they are used - for example first line sales managers, market researchers or people in HR or finance roles allied to an analytics function.
The key topics to be covered will include:
- The available quantitative data sources within the industry - where the data comes from and how it is delivered and used, including use within a KAM led sales approach
- Overview of typical KPI’s used within the industry – composition and use
- Targeting and Segmentation
- Incentive Schemes and Target Setting
Practical, hands-on case-study based exercises will be a key feature of the day, which will be facilitated by a team of highly experienced industry and agency analytics managers, on behalf of the BHBIA.
