BHBIA Legal and Ethical Guidelines Training – for Market Researchers
This online training programme is available free of charge to all users.
At the end of the training BHBIA members and certified non-members are strongly advised to take the Competency Test to assess your knowledge and once you pass the test you will be issued with a Certificate of Competency.
Competency testing is there to ensure BHBIA members:
- Reach the required standard in understanding the Guidelines and
- To promote compliance with the Guidelines
- To improve the standard of pharma’ MR carried in the UK
A full copy of the BHBIA’s Legal & Ethical Guidelines can be found in the Guidelines section of the BHBIA website.
We suggest you download and print a copy of these and have them to hand when you do the training.
If you are a BHBIA member or certified non-member and know your user name and password:
Please log in now, if you have not already done so, to allow your progress to be recorded and to enable you to access the test and obtain certification. You must view ALL the slides to gain access to the test.
If you belong to a BHBIA member company or corporate certified non-member company but do not have a user name and password:
Please register now. You must then wait for us to confirm that you have been authorised as a site user before you are able to log in, otherwise you will not be able to take the test or receive a named certificate of competency. (If you are not sure whether your company is a member, please register your details and we will let you know. We aim to complete authorisations within one business day).
If you DO NOT belong to a BHBIA member or certified non-member company:
You can study the training module but you will not be able to take the online test or receive a named certificate of competency.
