The Project Manager, Full Service will join a team of accomplished Project Managers in a growing market research business and will work directly with market research, consulting, and pharmaceutical customers to manage their healthcare industry research projects.

The Project Manager, Full Service is responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects accurately and on time through effective communication with internal/external clients. The position demands close contact with the client, making sure the client is fully aware of project status, and that any changes are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation
• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research process
• Ability to determine sample strategies and collaborate with sample sources (both domestic and global) to recruit the highest quality respondents within field timeline
• Interact with and manage vendor relationships
• Respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems
• Develop an understanding of client’s business issues and the industries in which they operate
• Ability to problem solve and provide clients with suggestions/solutions

• Comfort dealing with all levels of external clients

Experience:
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Industry knowledge of Market Research and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
• Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of statistical software such as SPSS helpful
• Note fluencies in other languages
