Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 27th April 2026, at the The Hilton Birmingham Metropole, The NEC Birmingham, Pendigo Way, Birmingham, B40 1PP, in conjunction with the BHBIA Annual Conference. 

The meeting will commence at 11.45am and is open to all members. Members wishing to attend the AGM and not the BHBIA Annual Conference may do so free of charge from 11.45am to 12.15pm. 

An email, including the AGM agenda, was sent to the designated ‘Main Contacts’ of all member companies on 1st April 2026 in accordance with Section 10 of the BHBIA Articles of Association.

As outlined in section 16.5 of the BHBIA Articles of Association, the Board reserves the right to authorise a proxy vote for a BHBIA Member if special circumstances prevent the Member from being represented at the Annual General Meeting. 

Proxy vote applications must provide details of the special circumstances. They must be presented in writing to the BHBIA Chair not less than fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting date. The application must be signed by the approved responsible person from a Member company/agency/ consultancy or by the named individual in the case of Personal Membership. The Board reserves the right to refuse applications.
