BHBIA

Training Awards 2012-13

BHBIA Awards for Excellence at Training Events

Each year the BHBIA presents two awards to recognise excellence at training events. These are awarded to the facilitators/presenters achieving the highest scores, as assessed by the delegates attending the event.

The Julie Stacey Award is presented to the Best Speaker at a Foundation Training Course/Ethics & Guidelines Workshop.

2012-13 Winners: Chris Ehinger, Black Swan Analysis and Nick Coolican-Smith, Merck Serono for Introduction to Pharmaceutical Sales Research and Analytics (foundation course: March 2013).

The Ian Burgess Award is for the Best Paper at a One-Day Training Course.

2012-13 Winner: Jane Fligelstone, The Consortium for Specialised Qualitative Research Techniques and Effective Communication (October 2012).

What delegates said about Nick & Chris and the Sales Analytics foundation course:

"The course more than met expectations - friendly, more relaxed and more interactive than expected but giving a good breath and depth of subjects"

"The course covered all the topics that are essential for my role profile and helped me gain a basic understanding of sales research and analytics in pharma industry"

"The course was great! Gave a great insight into how companies work & use data"

What delegates said about Jane and the Qualitative Research Techniques workshop:

"Very experienced / professional, funny"

"Very relaxed & enjoyable, conveyed information succinctly"

"Lots of practical experience and examples, and tips applicable to our clients ( and this is really hard when you work in the medical field!)"

Note: Jane, with Consortium colleague Ian Crouchley, will be running a webinar on Language and Behaviour Profiling for us on 22nd November - see details
