We will take a Customer Centric Approach to SFE, looking at:

  • Targeting and segmentation – going beyond traditional approaches to provide value to HCPs
  • Sales force sizing and structuring – defining the optimal sales force size and territory alignments
  • Call Planning – identifying the most opportune time to detail HCPs
  • Closed Loop Marketing – learning what channels and programs are working at the HCP level
  • Incentive targets – setting targets using methodologies that are applicable based on availability of data and the product’s stage in its lifecycle.
