The Analytics Connect Group is the BHBIA’s special interest group which focuses on issues pertinent to the analytics sector of our membership, including SFE, CRM and related areas.

Analytics play an important role in healthcare business insight generation.  The purpose of the Analytics Connect Group is to look at how analytics is evolving in our industry and to input into how the BHBIA can further support this sector of our membership.

We will be holding our next Analytics Connect Group meeting on Wednesday 12th June 2024 - 3:00pm - 4:30pm, via Zoom.

The topic for the meeting will be:

Scrubbing Your Data Clean; Breaking the Back of Data Cleaning 

Data cleaning is a complex and challenging process. Moreover, accurate and comprehensive data within the healthcare space is fundamental to allow pharma to make informed decisions. 

For the next BHBIA Analytics Connect Group meeting we will be looking at understanding more about: 

• Handling historic data when change has occurred 
• Tools to help report missing data 
• How AI will add impact with mismatched or missing data 
• Governance around signing off changes 

For this meeting we are delighted to be welcoming Jenny Dawson, Executive Director, Performance Data and Analytics at Verpora where she is responsible for the end-to-end management of insights products designed to meet her clients’ needs. 

Jenny has a wealth of experience in primary and secondary market research, forecasting, analytics and data management and will undoubtedly add great value to the session both from a day-to-day and strategic perspective. 

There is no charge for this event but places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
