With the BOBI Awards Ceremony fast approaching, we're looking ahead to a celebration of excellence.

The Best of Business Intelligence (BOBI) Awards recognise excellence in market research, analytics and fieldwork in the UK which help to make a difference to patients' and healthcare professionals’ lives and, once again, the standard of entries has been impressive this year.

The five real-life submission categories showcase innovative approaches and the impact of projects, while the two task-based challenges - Analyst Team of the Year and Creative Fieldwork Team of the Year - allow teams to apply their skills to a realistic case-study based brief.

With more than 250 individuals contributing to BOBI entries across eight categories, whittling down the winners was, as ever, a challenge for the judges. The resulting shortlist captures the depth and breadth of the high-quality work carried out in our industry.

Best Newcomer Competition Day

The BOBI Best Newcomer has a place in many people's hearts for recognising the rising talent in our industry.

This award was sponsored and hosted by MSD again this year. We'd also like to our extend our appreciation for them sponsoring the Best Newcomer video which will be shared at the Awards Ceremony.

The competition, open to those with less than three years' experience in business intelligence, took place on 19th May.

The day takes the form of a series of individual challenges designed around a fictitious product launch which aims to bring out the best in all participants. It's a challenging and rewarding event with plenty of opportunities to meet peers and network with senior people from across the industry.

The BOBI Awards Ceremony is part of the Annual Conference #bhbia2023.
