J+D Consulting are thrilled that Sophie Adlard, Business Analyst has joined the expanding J+D team.

Sophie’s strong organisational skill, analytical background in collating secondary data plus, her experience in statistics will help our clients to manage their information more effectively. David James founding Director believes ‘Sophie’s experience will be extremely valuable in supporting both market research and forecasting projects going forward.’

Set up over 10 years ago, J+D Consulting are passionate in supporting a variety of stakeholders to feel confident in decision making about New Product Planning, Strategic and Operational Forecasting, along with Brand Planning and Implementation. More recently, the focus has been on reducing the complexity of forecasting for our clients with the Forecasting Training Zone, Face to Face workshops and the development of webinars.

Sophie’s focus over the last few years has been in Biochemistry, and included Oncology drug therapy development for one of the top 10 pharma companies in the world. Her attention to detail and methodical approach to problem solving is already challenging internal thought processes and stakeholder hypotheses. Sophie said, “I am really looking forward to expanding my skill set and working with a variety of senior people all with different types of analytical knowledge and experience.”
