Leadership change at Healthcare Research Worldwide

March 8th, 2019

Having been at the helm since HRW’s inception in 2001, Global MD Caroline Jameson has decided to step down from this position. She will hand over to Christine Dalzell (currently HRW’s EVP, US Research) from April 1st, 2019. Although Caroline will be relinquishing her senior management responsibilities, I’m delighted that she has chosen to ‘step back’ rather than ‘step out’ and will continue in a part-time business development and strategic planning role.

Professor David Thomson (Founder & Chairman, MMR Group) says: "I wish to thank Caroline for all she has done over the past 17½ years, taking HRW from zero to what it has now become – a highly respected global purveyor of healthcare research. It was Caroline’s wish, with the endorsement of Jeanette Kaye (HRW’s Deputy Global MD), that Christine Dalzell should be put forward as her successor. She was subsequently interviewed by the MMR Group Board (HRW’s parent company), which was unanimous in deciding that Christine is the right person to lead HRW into the future. These are exciting times at HRW. I wish Christine, Caroline and HRW continued success."
