The BHBIA offers free Ethics & Compliance training courses: Legal and Ethical Guidelines for Data Analysts, Legal and Ethical Guidelines for Market Researchers and Adverse Event Reporting in Market Research. The tests and certification, which require annual renewal, are available to BHBIA members and certified non-members. Certificates are valid until 31st October of the following year. 

Renewals for these 3 programmes opened on 1st September. To keep your certification up to date you need to renew by 31st October. You can now take the training and obtain certificates that are valid right through to October 2026 (subject to your company paying its membership fees). You will need to view all the slides before getting access to the competency tests, whether you are taking the training for the first time or renewing your certification.
