Courtney is a Consultant at Prescient and has spent the past three years working across qualitative, quantitative, and strategy projects. With a background in Health Psychology, she is particularly interested in the behaviour change element of her role.  Courtney took part in the BOBI Best Newcomer Competition and also received a BHBIA Rising Star Conference Award. These experiences have led to her wider involvement with the BHBIA and her role as Co-Lead on the Next Gen team.

Cherie is a Senior Research Executive at Synergy Healthcare Research, where she joined, having graduated from university, in 2024. During her time in healthcare market research, she has gained expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research across HCPs, patients, and carers to produce actionable recommendations for clients. She has won two BOBI Awards in her career: Best Newcomer 2026 and Best Use of Innovation 2026 with Synergy Healthcare Research and DEBRA UK
