Super Early bird cancellation: All delegate bookings made on or before the 18th December 2025 take into account the 15% Super Early bird discount. Please note: All Super Early bird bookings must include the delegate name. Early bird places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if required. 

Early bird cancellation: All delegate bookings made on or before the 29th January 2026 take into account the 7.5% early bird discount. Please note: All early bird bookings must include the delegate name. Early bird places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if required. 

Cancellation after early bird deadline: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of bookings can only be accepted by email to admin@bhbia.org.uk Full refunds can only be given against a booking if written cancellation is received four weeks prior to the event. After this time, no refunds will be given, however a substitute delegate can be accepted.
