Foundation Skills
Build your knowledge of healthcare business insights through flexible online learning and live sessions. Five, low-cost online modules complement the Getting Started and Day in the Life of a Client-Side Researcher workshops and the Rising Stars Connect Group, which support early-career professionals in developing skills, confidence, and their professional network.
The Foundation Programme offers essential learning for professionals new to business insights or the healthcare sector.
It combines self-paced online modules, a live workshop and peer learning through the Rising Stars Connect Group to create a flexible and engaging pathway.
Five low-cost online foundation modules are available:

Each takes around two hours to complete and includes a certificate of learning. These modules are available free to people attending the Getting Started in Healthcare Business Insights workshop.
These modules complement the Getting Started in Healthcare Business Insights and the Day in the Life of a Client-Side Researcher workshop, which offers a rare behind-the-scenes view of how insights are generated and applied within a pharmaceutical company. These provide a solid foundation for early-career professionals who want to accelerate their growth and build their network from the outset.
The Rising Stars Connect Group meets four times a year to support members with up to five years’ experience in healthcare business insights. It offers informal sessions focused on professional development, networking and sharing real-world experiences from across the community.
