By the end of this session, you will have all the knowledge and confidence you need to identify when, how and why online qual is the best approach to answer your business questions. 

It provides you with an opportunity to explore the principles of best practice and an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of different approaches and technologies available. 

This hour-long webinar will address the most important elements of online qual, covered in 4 interactive topics:

Part 1 - Why choose online qual?

We will start by helping you to better understand the key benefits of online qual (vs. traditional qual). It will outline all of the possibilities and benefits that it opens up, including delivering fresh responses, allowing respondents more time to digest information and think, as well as delivering faster insights. 

Part 2 – Use cases 

This section is all about equipping you to identify when research objectives are best suited to an online qualitative approach.  It will help you choose the right method and technology for the brief, as well as provide clear guidance on how to sell this to clients, colleagues and stakeholders in other roles such as marketing. 

Part 3 – An overview of capabilities 

This is where it gets really interesting as we will share the exciting technology and features that modern platforms offer. We will showcase some key examples of question formats, techniques and innovative features that make online qual approaches highly flexible and perfect for a wide range of research challenges. 

Part 4 - Getting the most out of the research

We will finish by giving some practical advice and top tips to help you plan for the challenges of remote research and ensure that your project is a success.  We will cover topics such as how to reduce risk in recruitment, how to properly plan projects and the key watchouts.
