Increasing HCP engagement. Improving patient outcomes. True impact comes from understanding and influencing the full system of human behaviours that drive both. This webinar reveals how pharma can create lasting change through Behavioural Science 2.0 and systems thinking.

Session Summary

Increasing HCP engagement. Improving patient outcomes.

Behind both lies the same challenge: human behaviour.

Understanding – and “nudging” – human mental shortcuts has been valuable…up to a point.

However, as we all know, these challenges are complex. And complex challenges need fresh thinking.

In this interactive webinar, you’ll discover how Behavioural Science 2.0 helps achieve long-term HCP engagement – and lasting change for patients.

Key to both is the new idea of a “system of behaviours”.

In short, complex challenges involve multiple – often many – different behaviours: by HCPs, by patients, and by other groups.

Isolated, transactional nudges are a start. However, by approaching both new primary research and the re-analysis of existing research through a systems lens, you take a more holistic approach to interventions – increasing the likelihood of lasting change.

Who should attend?

Research professionals in pharma organisations or research agencies who want to see game-changing outcomes from research.
