The BHBIA Ethics and Compliance Committee publishes guidance on the compliant use of AI for UK healthcare market researchers

This new guidance is the result of the Committee's hard work to review and understand the impact of UK, EU and US legislation and policy on UK market research practices, and to ensure that BI professionals have the right guidance in place to ensure compliant practices. 

With the EU AI Act publication expected imminently, the Committee will continue to enhance and evolve the available content and provide practical guidance of navigating new AI legislation moving forward.
