At bhbia2023, we delved into a broad spectrum of topics which brought to life the challenges we face as business insights professionals and the transformational impact of our work – from Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and “Hysterical Health”, to fast testing, cognitive profiling and the metaverse. 

The pharmaceutical industry continues to evolve and adapt to overcome challenges such as budget cuts, re-structuring, the NHS backlog, health inequalities and improving access to medicine. How can market research and business analytics support these real-world challenges?
