Purdie Pascoe is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Woodlock as a non-executive director.

Simon has over 25 years international Finance Leadership experience working for companies such as United Business Media plc, Aegis plc & Dentsu. He has worked in the Market Research Industry for 15 years in CFO roles at both NOP Research Group and Synovate.

Simon also currently acts as a Strategic Advisor to an award-winning finance transformation consultancy, Continuate.

He has led teams in Europe, Latin America, Asia & Africa with a sustained track record of delivering results through transformation, business partnering, M&A and financial control in highly dynamic & varied business environments.
