The holy grail of AI-driven marketing can look distant when it’s challenging to know how to integrate all channels. Knowing the best methodology can make all the difference to producing a patient-first strategy.

 Do you worry what's meant by a touchpoint? Do you know where the highs (and lows) are? Do you know what capabilities are required? If you’re new to experience strategy, the language alone can feel impenetrable.

 This webinar will give an overview of the practicalities of creating experience maps, highlighting best practice, common errors, stakeholder management and putting it to use. Putting the patient at the centre of design is the only method of developing genuinely useful services.
