Welcome to the all-new Innovation Hub, an opportunity for agencies, consultancies and fieldwork companies to engage and excite clients and colleagues through meaningful conversations. 

Taking place in one large, open space, throughout tea/coffee and lunch breaks, the hub offers over four hours to showcase your latest ideas and offerings. 

Our goal is to provide a relaxed and friendly environment which encourages delegates to explore, enjoy building connections and gain new knowledge. 

For our exhibitors, we're committed to creating a platform that generates interest and awareness and sets the stage for future opportunities. We will encourage delegates to visit the Innovation Hub with a competition to help them discover the new and exciting innovations our exhibitors are showcasing. 

What's involved? 

Any BHBIA member organisation may book, but spaces are limited. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis – book early to secure your stand. 

The BHBIA will provide one table & two chairs per stand. 

The space provided for each agency will allow you to have two or three people engaged in conversation at any one time (Dimensions are strictly 1.5m x 1.0m; please respect your exhibiting neighbours when planning how to utilise your space). 

Please bring a roller banner (2000mm height x 800mm wide) with your company name/logo to mark your space. 

Please note: storage space is restricted and any gifts/brochures you would like to distribute must fit within your own exhibition area/be stored under the table). 

All stands will be in the Ballroom pre-function area where tea/coffee will be served. 

Please note the minimum ceiling height in this area is 3m. 

Exclusive marketing support 

All exhibitors will be featured on the event listing conference app and post-event web page, We will also showcase your sponsorship to a broader audience through our e-mail and social media marketing before, during and after the event.

How much does it cost? 

Based on member feedback, the Innovation Hub exhibitor package includes a two-day exhibition space of 1.5m x 1.0m  plus one full delegate place, which includes Monday night accommodation and gala dinner for the price of £2,300 + VAT. 

How do I book? 

Any BHBIA member organisation can book but spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot at the Innovation Hub, complete the online booking form indicating your preferred stand number.

What will we need from you?
