Sponsorship Opportunities 2024
Elevate your organisation’s presence at the BHBIA Annual Conference #bhbia2024 by becoming a valued sponsor. This event will take place at Hilton London Wembley, 13th – 14th May 2024.
Choose from various sponsorship opportunities open to pharmaceutical companies and agencies/consultancies that are full BHBIA members.
All sponsors will be featured on the event's web listing and the conference app, including your company logo, website address and a 100-word description of your services. We will also showcase your sponsorship to a broader audience through our e-mail and social media.
If you would like to take up one of these sponsorship options, please email admin@bhbia.org.uk, stating clearly which item(s) you would like to support. If your first choice is unavailable, please list any further items you are interested in in order of preference. We may need to limit sponsorship to one item per organisation but please let us know if you would like to sponsor more than one item.
Please email by 5th April, but the earlier the better as the opportunities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All conference items marked * or ** must be supplied to the BHBIA by Friday 3rd May at the latest.

- BHBIA to provide app
- Sponsoring company to be credited with donation towards app costs on the home page
- Sponsor’s logo and short company synopsis in the sponsors section of the app
- App will be used for the programme, speaker information, voting, delegates to connect and Innovation Hub info
- To be supplied by the agency and will be placed near the buffet lunch

- Each delegate will receive a lanyard & badge at the registration desk.
- Lanyards supplied by the sponsor and must include the BHBIA logo on one side of the neck tape and the sponsor's logo on the other.

- Sponsorship of the wine during dinner service as provided by the venue
- Sponsor's logo / name on Conference App/slides/online, at the event and specific acknowledgement on the dinner tables (either on the menu or a separate card)
- Sponsorship of drinks as provided by the venue
- Sponsor's logo/name on Conference app /slides / online
- Acknowledgement on cards on the reception tables
