Webinar

Creating Truly Patient-centric Materials

Via WebEx - WEBINAR RECORDING NOW AVAILABLE TO BHBIA MEMBERS
Thursday 02 July 2020, 12.30

Webinar recording now available
Full BHBIA members only - you will need to log in to access it - once logged in, the link and password will appear on the page below this text.
Initially run as a training session at the BHBIA conference in 2019, this webinar will question how truly patient-centric materials developed by Pharma really are.

We will provide attendees with guiding principles for developing patient materials (from research materials through to supporting assets around a condition or treatment). We will show examples and review the ‘rights and wrongs’ of each.

We will then explore channels for communication, especially in the digital format, for which uptake is being accelerated in the Covid environment.

Attendees will leave with a clear view of how to develop materials for patient and caregivers.

Speakers:

This webinar will be run by OPEN Health, Patient & Brand Communications. We are very grateful to the team for sharing their time and expertise for the benefit of BHBIA members.

Neil heads up the insights team at OPEN Health PBC, the insight-led patient and brand communications division of OPEN Health.

He has a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector working across a range of therapy areas for a variety of pharmaceutical companies. Experience has been built up agency side and client side. His healthcare experience has been supplemented with market research skills honed in B2C and B2B research at Kadence International to broaden his research experience, working with clients such as Unilever, Samsung, Nokia and the World Gold Council.

Since leading the insights team at OPEN Health, Neil has advanced the development and implementation of patient research, working very closely with the patient engagement and health psychology team to build patient support programmes that make a meaningful difference to aiding disease management.
