Bio: Nicola has been involved in the healthcare research industry for 30+ years working both in clinical and market research roles for the NHS and healthcare research agencies. As well as being a member of the BHBIA Ethics & Compliance Committee since its initiation she is a lay member of a Research Ethics Committee reviewing intervention and non-interventional programmes across the UK.

Claudia has more than 25 years of experience in the UK pharmaceutical industry, having held various business insights roles utilising both primary and secondary data sources to extract valuable business insights. Her main expertise lies in client-side market research, having worked across numerous therapy areas and supporting brands at different stages of their product life-cycle. In addition to leading on market research compliance within her organization, Claudia has actively participated in the BHBIA Ethics and Compliance committee since its inception. She is deeply passionate about engaging in training initiatives and projects that aim to enhance the understanding and applicability of compliance requirements for those obligated to adhere to them.
