Overview

Building and nurturing relationships both within your Pharma peer network, and with external customers, is subject to ever-changing technology and environmental challenges.

This year's Spring Seminar will explore how these relationships fare through the development of Omni-channel technologies: by defining key ingredients that underpin successful working relationships, we will discuss how organisations are adjusting strategically, technically and culturally to develop these relationships via the challenge of  Omni-channel.

To round the view, we will horizon scan the changing NHS landscape and consider who, and how, we curate future relationships with NHS personnel and patients.
