The BHBIA is delighted to announce the winners of the Rising Stars Conference Prize 2026, giving two early-career professionals the opportunity to attend this year’s Annual Conference on 27–28 April at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole with a fully funded place.

Congratulations to Niamh Horsfield (Beyond Blue) and Courtney Atkins (Prescient Healthcare Group), who have been selected as this year’s recipients.

Both winners impressed the judges with their genuine engagement in BHBIA initiatives and their clear commitment to professional development. Their entries demonstrated a strong appreciation for the value of learning and networking, alongside thoughtful reflections on how attending the conference will support both their personal growth and their contribution to the wider industry.
