Best Business Impact

Awarded to the research or analytical project that has best demonstrated a significant impact on the UK business. Entries are open to projects in any area of business intelligence

Focus of this award:

  • Guidance given to the brand team/business as a result of the findings
  • Evidence of a change in strategy that resulted from the findings
  • Demonstrable and significant impact on the UK client business that is clearly linked to business intelligence

Projects in a number of different areas of business intelligence - e.g. market research, analytics, forecasting - may be suitable for entry into this category.

The key thing is the demonstrable impact on the client's business. However this does not necessarily have to mean sales/market share - impact could be demonstrated in other ways - e.g. a change in brand or field force strategy, an improvement in organisational or commercial effectiveness etc.

Remember, you can enter projects that are up to 3 years old (at 31st December) and older projects may have now had time to show an impact.
