As business intelligence professionals, critical thinking can help us to understand what healthcare professionals and patients want and need, and also what our clients truly need to turbo-charge their brand's success.
This webinar will draw on the conveners' own experiences and detailed case-studies to provide clear, practical, and relevant advice for attendees.
We will revisit the foundations of Critical Thinking: what is Critical Thinking, why is it beneficial, and why bother when it comes to healthcare marketing?
Attendees will be provided with 10 clear steps, with examples, for successfully utilising Critical Thinking skills. At the end of the session, attendees will be aware of the biases and challenges to achieving critical thinking and will be inspired to think more deeply about the problems facing their brands / their clients.
