Friday 01 March 2019, 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Webinar recording and slides now available - full members only (you will need to log in to access these). The slides have been updated with the latest timings (as of April 2019)
This webinar, led by the BHBIA’s Ethics and Compliance Committee, will keep you up to date with the latest government, ICO and BHBIA guidance on the implications of Brexit for data protection and business intelligence.
We will focus on the data protection consequences:
- Data transfers, including client lists, respondent details and adverse event reports;
- Changes that may need to be made to contracts and privacy notices;
- Your organisation’s potential need for a different Lead Supervisory Authority or an EU based representative.
We have compliance leads from both pharma company and agency organisations who will talk about their own plans and experiences.
This webinar will be useful for all those engaged in market research or data analytics that rely on the processing of personal data.
We are very grateful to the organisations and individuals - in this case members of the BHBIA Ethics & Compliance Committee - who give their time and expertise on a voluntary basis to run training and events on behalf of the BHBIA.
