The competition takes place on a single date, as specified on the overview page. We will contact all entrants ahead of that date with details of the timings for the day, and instructions on how to download the task and data.

We suggest you plan your team now: 

Although you don’t need to specify the team members on your initial entry form, we recommend that you line up your team now and get the specified date noted in people’s calendars so that they are available when needed. 

Team members may be drawn from multiple companies or just one company, and as a guideline we recommend that a team contains no more than 6 main entrants. If required, you will be able to list additional supporting team members to be credited in the ‘small print’.
